Booking Process
Choosing a DJ for your special day can be a daunting and sometimes scary task! Here are the steps I take to help guide you through the process.
Step One: Check Your Date
It all starts with your date! Please use my availability checker to make sure your date hasn't already been taken. If your date available, please fill out the brief questionnaire about your reception. Once I have received your information you will hear from me within 24 hours (most of the time it will be much sooner than that). Check Your Wedding Date Now
Step Two: Setup Consultation
I believe this is the most important step when researching your entertainment for both you and myself. Please, MEET WITH YOUR DJ BEFORE BOOKING! If you have a DJ that is pressuring you to book over the phone this should serve as a red flag. The consultation is a great way to meet face-to-face to see if we'll be a perfect fit. During our time we'll talk about the specific goals and expectations you have laid out for your reception. I listen carefully and will offer any suggestions to help you attain the goals of your special day. This meeting is relaxed, fun, and will not pressure you to book. I will do my best to find a coffee shop or relaxing place to meet near you. No need to waste your gas money and the coffee is on me!
Step Three: Book Your Date
You've now had the opportunity to meet with me personally. I hope you found our time to be useful and beneficial as you search for the perfect entertainment for your wedding reception. The decision is all yours now! If you feel that we're a perfect match then I would be honor and happy to work with you planning and hosting your special event. Let's get the date reserved!
Step Four: Start Planning
Once I have received your Entertainment Agreement it's time to let the planning begin!. It's never too early to get a head start. You will have access to my online planning forms via your client area on my site. Fill out as much information you can and if you ever have questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
Step Five: Final Meeting & Preperation
With about a month or two weeks to go before your big day I like to setup another in person meeting. At this time we can start finalizing the details and order of events for the evening. You might even have come up with another idea that you want suggestions on. Let's talk about those and work on finalizing your planning forms. For this meeting we can even schedule to meet at your reception venue.
